Lindsey is an integrative health and wellness practitioner with expertise in yoga, Reiki, craniosacral work, and nervous system regulation. Focused on root causes and longterm healing, she offers a wide range of services, including regular group classes and customized individual and small group sessions.  She is passionate about her work and cares deeply about helping her clients through chronic pain, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions.

Lindsey's journey into this work began with her own chronic neck pain that conventional medicine couldn't resolve. She found the medical focus on symptom management - as opposed to underlying causes - to be limited and short-sighted. What began as a personal mission to understand the source of her physical pain led to an in-depth exploration of a range of healing modalities. The surprising effectiveness of these modalities ignited her curiosity, prompting extensive training across multiple disciplines: 200-hour yoga certifications at both The Kripalu Center for Yoga and Katonah Yoga, Reiki Mastership, Dynamic Body Balancing™ (a form of craniosacral therapy), Polyvagal Theory, and trauma study. Today Lindsey brings her analytical mindset, lived experience, and comprehensive training to help others with wellness practices that promote deep healing and create lasting, sustainable results.
