Lindsey Jones is an integrative health and wellness practitioner with expertise in yoga, Reiki, craniosacral therapy, trauma work, and meditation. Deeply committed to her clients’ healing and results, she offers group classes and customized sessions in Westchester County, New York. 

Lindsey's journey into healing began with chronic neck pain that conventional medicine couldn't resolve. What began as a personal mission became extensive training across multiple disciplines: yoga certifications at Kripalu and Katonah Yoga, Reiki Mastership, craniosacral therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and trauma work. Today Lindsey brings her analytical mind, lived experience, and comprehensive training to help others find wellness practices that promote healing and self-awareness.

Offerings

Somatic Release Classes
A restorative experience designed to quiet the outside world and turn inward using gentle yoga poses, breathwork, guided visualization, and meditation in a nature-connected space.

Nervous System Regulation
Practical techniques for calming an activated nervous system and the physical and emotional symptoms, including breathwork, self-massage, and vagus nerve activation.

Gentle Yoga and Alignment Work
One-on-one sessions focused on alignment, balance, and modifications that serve your body rather than strain it.

Energy Work
Drawing from Reiki, Healing Touch, and craniosacral therapy, these sessions work with the body's biofield. Sessions are adapted based on your comfort level and what your body needs.

Craniosacral Therapy
A gentle, hands-on approach that addresses the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and the subtle rhythms of the body.

Subject-Focused Sessions
Healing group experiences built around a specific theme grief and loss, pain held in the body, the mind-body connection, or the role of fascia in emotional storage.
