Lindsey is an integrative health and wellness practitioner with expertise in yoga, wellness coaching, nervous system regulation, energy work, and meditation. Deeply committed to her clients’ healing and results, she offers group classes and customized individual sessions.

A woman smiling and walking on a wooden deck in winter, dressed in a dark green turtleneck sweater, light blue jeans, and furry boots.

A practicing trademark lawyer with an analytical mind and a passion for research, Lindsey has made it her personal mission to understand, relieve, and prevent her own neck pain. A natural skeptic, she has tried a variety of alternative modalities, which - to her surprise - profoundly helped her. What she learned demonstrated to her an inseparable connection between body and mind. As trauma specialist and medical doctor Dr. Bessel van der Kolk said, “The body keeps the score.”

Lindsey pursued extensive training across multiple disciplines, completing 200-hour yoga teacher certifications at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Katonah Yoga and earning her Reiki Level III (Mastership) certification. Lindsey also received comprehensive training in Dynamic Body Balancing,™ Polyvagal Theory (Polyvagal Institute, Dr. Stephen Porges), and Somatic Embodiment & Regulation Strategies (Linda Thai). She attended the Oxford Masters Series on trauma, benefitting from an eight-hour session with Dr. Gabor Maté. Lindsey previously volunteered at Northern Westchester Hospital's Caregiver Center and provided Reiki to NWHC hospital staff. She is currently a hospice volunteer and exploring equine therapy.

In her practice, Lindsey offers a wide range of healing and restorative wellness practices tailored to meet specific needs and requests. She provides highly personalized individual sessions, providing an initial assessment of the client's needs and preferences, followed by a tailored somatic session. She also leads a bimonthly Somatic Release class in a beautiful, healing space at Beckoning Path in Armonk, where she combines restorative yoga with self-healing wellness practices, guided visualization, and energy work.

Lindsey uses her lived experience, comprehensive personal research, and extensive training to help others with wellness practices that can lead to meaningful, sustainable results.
