Lindsey Jones is an integrative health and wellness practitioner with expertise in yoga, Reiki, craniosacral therapy, trauma work, and meditation. Deeply committed to her clients’ healing and results, she offers group classes and customized sessions in Westchester County, New York.
Lindsey’s journey into healing began with her own chronic neck pain that conventional medicine could not resolve. When steroids eventually failed to work, and with doctors focusing on treatment and not the cause of her pain, she was desperate for answers. Having witnessed both of her sisters confront the same issue and withstand multiple cervical surgeries–each with decidedly mixed results–she opened herself up to alternative modalities.
A practicing trademark lawyer with a passion for research, Lindsey made it her mission to not just relieve her pain, but also to understand it in order to prevent its recurrence, something no doctor could adequately address. Having practiced yoga and Transcendental Meditation (TM) for years, she was open to alternative modalities which, to her surprise, profoundly improved her neck pain. Moreover, it demonstrated the deep connection between body and mind. As trauma specialist and medical doctor Dr. Bessel van der Kolk said, “The body keeps the score.”
Eager to learn more and share her experience with others, Lindsey pursued extensive training across multiple disciplines, completing 200-hour yoga teacher certifications at both the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Katonah Yoga and earning her Reiki Mastership. Lindsey received certificates in craniosacral therapy (Dynamic Body BalancingTM), Polyvagal Theory from the Polyvagal Institute (Dr. Stephen Porges), and Somatic Embodiment & Regulation Strategies (Linda Thai). In 2025, she attended the Oxford Masters Series on trauma, including an eight-hour session with Dr. Gabor Maté. A former hospice volunteer, Lindsey has also served for five years in Northern Westchester Hospital's Caregiver Center, and provides Reiki to hospital staff.
Today, Lindsey offers a wide range of healing and restorative wellness practices tailored to meet specific needs and requests. In a beautiful, healing space at Beckoning Path in Armonk, she leads a regular 8-person Somatic Release class combining restorative yoga with meditation and energy work. She also offers highly personalized individual sessions, starting with an initial assessment of the client's needs and preferences, followed by a tailored combination of treatments such as alignment-focused yoga, craniosacral therapy, energy work, Reiki, meditation instruction, breath work, and nervous system regulation.
Lindsey brings her analytical mind, lived experience, and comprehensive training to help others find wellness practices that promote healing and self-awareness
