“The body keeps the score.” - Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, M.D.
Lindsey is an integrative wellness practitioner and coach with extensive training in yoga, Reiki, nervous system regulation, and craniosacral therapy. Focused on root causes and sustainable results, she offers a wide range of services, including customized individual sessions and group classes in a beautiful retreat space. She is deeply passionate about her work and is devoted to helping clients with challenges as diverse as stress, chronic pain, emotional overwhelm, bodily imbalances, and major life transitions.
Lindsey's journey into healing work began with her own chronic severe neck pain that conventional medicine failed to relieve, let alone resolve. Frustrated by the medical focus on symptom management - versus underlying causes - and desperate to avoid spinal surgery, Lindsey made it her personal mission to understand the source of her own pain and to heal herself.
Lindsey’s search for alternatives to mainstream treatments led to years of in-depth exploration into a range of alternative healing modalities. She was shocked by their efficacy. This profound experience ignited her curiosity to learn more, causing her personal pursuit to morph into a professional one. She pursued extensive training across multiple disciplines: certifications at The Kripalu Center for Yoga (200-hour training) and Katonah Yoga (200-hour training), Reiki Mastership, Dynamic Body Balancing™, Polyvagal Theory, and trauma study. Finding the mind-body connection to be at the core of her studies, she completed an ICF (International Coaching Federation®) accredited coaching course, in order to more effectively connect life experiences to physical symptoms.
Today Lindsey brings her lived experience, analytical mindset, and comprehensive training to help others with wellness practices that relieve painful symptoms, promote self-awareness, and encourage deep healing.
